The main characteristics of the project

The village covers an area of ​​5 hectares and is designed for year-round accommodation of 1,072 people.
The project provides for social infrastructure:
  • grocery store, grocery store, canteen, bakery, etc. with a total area of ​​432 m 2 ;
  • non-food warehouse, workshops, with a total area of ​​460 m 2 ;
  • administration, security point, household service, medical center with a total area of ​​450 m 2 with possible placement of residential premises above them;
  • guarded parking for 59 cars;
  • children's club, area 260 m 2 ;
  • playground, area 432 m 2 .
Residential buildings are represented by 2 types of houses:

  1. Blocked residential buildings of 1 type (1st floor, up to 50 m 2 ), on a plot of 212 m 2 , parking for one car, patio. 
  2. Blocked gallery residential buildings of 2 types (2 floors, up to 50 m 2 ), the first floor has individual exits and parking for 1 car. Between the houses there is a recreational area, which in case of increasing the area of ​​the village can be used for the development of roads and driveways.
All roads and driveways are equipped with sidewalks, 1.5 m and 1.2 m wide.
Landscaping of the settlement is achieved through front gardens, roadside flower beds, recreational areas.
The village should be equipped with a sewer station.
